Hi there! Nice to meet you. I am Bella, a Chinese Indonesian based in Hong Kong.
Growing up as a trophy kid in a loving conservative family, my parents worked tirelessly to ensure I received solid education. Yet, I faced many societal expectations, all centered around a single definition of success: a well-paid job, a prestigious job title, and a happy marriage with children.
Driven by my deep desire to live life purposefully, I struggled with anxiety and depression as I fought to pursue my own definition of success. I know firsthand what it means to struggle just to get through the day.
Despite these challenges, I now navigate my life with clarity and confidence. I do a job I love—coaching and training —fueling my passion every single day. I may not have a marriage or kids, but I am genuinely happy and fulfilled. I cherish my relationship with my partner and maintain a loving bond with my family.

Bella's Work Experience
I began my career as a sales admin at a five-star hotel in Bali, quickly advancing to Assistant Sales Manager in just 3.5 years. I then excelled as a Business Advisor for a software company.
My interest towards training and people development sparked through various side projects, igniting a profound passion that compelled me to take a bold leap into an entirely new field. This transition was daunting, filled with doubts, uncertainty and considerable opportunity costs.
Yet, driven by my commitment to growth and learning, I persevered. Today, I proudly serve as a Learning & Development and Education Program Manager, where I design and deliver impactful training programs that empower employees across APAC and enrich the academic experiences at universities.
This path may have been challenging, but it has become a fulfilling testament to my dedication to fostering talent and driving change.
Bella's Education
With a dream to serve others and bring smiles, I pursued a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, completing over 20 years of my education in Indonesia.
Eager to explore new horizons, I applied for and received multiple scholarships, including Erasmus+, AIMS, and HKBU IPS, which allowed me to study in Cyprus, Thailand, and ultimately Hong Kong with full funding and living allowances.
Staying true to my passion for people development, I earned a Master’s in Human Resources Management, bridging the gap between individuals and organizations.
Coming from a family where my parents never had the chance for higher education, I value education immensely. I proudly graduated as the top student and valedictorian in both my undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Lifelong learning is in my DNA.
